Pro-Series™ Installation Procedures

NOTE: When preparing to install your new Pro-Series™ rubber floor system with RSG recommended adhesives, begin by reading this procedure completely.

Rebound Sales Group (RSG) uses only the very best compression molded stock product made from nearly 100% recycled rubber. This product provides RSG with the best material available to our industry for our PRO-Series™ Sports flooring and PRO-Response™ products.

Before installing any RSG High Performance product, RSG recommends that your substrate be clean, smooth & level prior to beginning your installation.

Prepare your substrate by removing all debris and contaminants, including any oily or greasy substances. It is important to remove all scaly and dusting materials from any concrete surface. RSG does not approve of installations on particle board, acoustical or other synthetic concrete mixed floors or other compressed boards or substrates. Plywood is the most likely wood substrate for a successful installation.

ALL Pro-Series™ products may be finished and placed into service IMMEDIATELY when these instructions are followed!

Follow the manufacturer's label instructions before using any adhesive system. The following adhesives are approved for installation of RSG Pro-Series™ products:
  • Tennessee Adhesives Co E-700 Pressure Sensitive Adhesive. [Please allow 4+ hours of open time before placing your Pro-Series™ High Performance floor into this adhesive.
  • Sigaway SO-5025 Two-sided reinforced dry adhesive for Pressure Sensitive installations where it is important to be able to remove the adhesive system from time to time.
  • Sigaway SC-5550 for a permanent installation in an occupied space where temperature stability is volatile and drops to as low as 20 degrees F.
