Returns Policy

Rebound Sales Group (RSG), allows returns of its sold products under the following circumstances, only:
  1. The subject product being returned is or has failed under warranty and its return has been authorized in writing according to that warranty.

  2. The subject product is no longer needed, has not been opened and is in a condition appropriate for resale, which is decided solely by RSG.

  3. All return costs are to be borne by the customer or RSG shall deduct such return costs from any resulting credit(s) or refund(s), if accepted by RSG.

  4. All returns not resulting from a warranty claim or other RSG authorized claim return shall be subject to a [20%] twenty percent restocking charge. Any deviation from this policy shall only occur with written authorization from RSG.

  5. RSG requires, with ALL RETURNS, a legible copy of the original invoice.
