Returns Policy
Rebound Sales Group (RSG), allows returns of its sold products under the following circumstances, only:
- The subject product being returned is or has failed under warranty and its return has been authorized in writing according to that warranty.
- The subject product is no longer needed, has not been opened and is in a condition appropriate for resale, which is decided solely by RSG.
- All return costs are to be borne by the customer or RSG shall deduct such return costs from any resulting credit(s) or refund(s), if accepted by RSG.
- All returns not resulting from a warranty claim or other RSG authorized claim return shall be subject to a [20%] twenty percent restocking charge. Any deviation from this policy shall only occur with written authorization from RSG.
- RSG requires, with ALL RETURNS, a legible copy of the original invoice.
