10 Year Limited Warranty

RSG warrants the PRO-Series™ and the PRO-Response™ products to perform without manufacturing defect for a period of not less than 10 years^* from the original purchase date by the owner, user or their duly appointed agent.

This warranty includes the affected material units and freight to the end use location (not to exceed the borders of the continental United States) only. Installation obligations will be borne entirely by the person, or organization, handling the product installation. RSG reserves the right to test, or have tested by an RSG appointed entity, material units affected by any claim for warranty replacement. No other remedies are available with this warranty, whether verbal or otherwise transmitted or implied.

All claims for material replacement under this warranty must be made in writing by the purchasing entity and must be accompanied by a copy of the original RSG invoice for the affected material.

• 100 percent of claims registered during years One through Five,
• 85 percent of claims registered through year six,
• 70 percent of claims registered through year seven,
• 50 percent of claims registered through year eight,
• 35 percent of claims registered through year nine,
• 20 percent of claims registered through year ten,
• No replacement participation is available after ten years.

RSG installation instructions must be followed, including recommended conditions and quantities of installation adhesives. Instructions provided by other entities are not accepted as RSG instructions unless specifically directed in RSG furnished documentation.

No materials may be returned to RSG prior to RSG inspection and written return authorization from RSG. Appearance consistency is not guaranteed, as this is a modular product with intentionally random finish texture and pattern, and rubber products are almost never uniform in finish. If this is of concern, it must be reported prior to installation.

This issue can be greatly reduced by following the written maintenance procedures and using one of many available buffing techniques. Beginning installation of the high performance PRO-Series™ product line indicates acceptance of any visual variances that may be present.
